One heart, cut in the colour of a month, on a 6.9-inch sterling chain with a 1.57-inch extender. Measure the wrist, add half an inch, and fasten at the link that leaves that much room: the gap is what lets the chain turn as an arm moves, and it is the difference between a bracelet worn at a desk all day and one taken off by eleven in the morning.

The clasp is a spring ring, which is the small round one opened with a thumbnail. It is honestly fiddly on your own wrist and it is the reason this bracelet does not end up in a coat sleeve.
